Returns & Refunds

You need to make an unpacking video where the item is clearly visible.

1. The video should show the unopened parcel

2. In case of any damages the damage should be visible in the video

3. The video must be uncut

In case of damage during transit we will replace or refund as per availablity of the item.

the video has to be from the start to end of the package opening and show the item. we will nto accept the video if the package is already opened or if the damage is not visible in the video.

Refund will be sent to the same account the payment has come from or as per the customer request.
